A national company with offices on both the East and West Coasts engaged Mike Reible and Christine Gray after outgrowing its existing Washington, D.C. area facility. Due to the award of new contracts, the company needed a location that could efficiently support both its expanding corporate administrative staff and its growing warehouse and distribution operations.
Finding the right property required more than simply locating additional square footage. The ideal facility needed to provide a professional office environment while also functioning as a distribution hub capable of accommodating weekly tractor-trailer deliveries of large volumes of supplies. Truck access, loading capabilities, and an efficient warehouse layout were all essential to the client’s day-to-day operations.
After evaluating numerous flex and industrial properties throughout the region, Mike and Christine secured a facility that met the client’s operational, logistical, and office requirements. The new location provided the flexibility and functionality the company needed to support its continued growth while efficiently serving customers throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
